OUR VISION

Especially recently, women have become much more accepted in the medical field, with 37% of active physicians in the U.S. being women as of 2021. However, there is still more work to be done. In fields like emergency medicine (25% women), cardiology (16% women), and urology (10% women) have some of the lowest percentages of women out of all fields in medicine. Furthermore, there are many fields, from hematology to epidemiology, that are not as well known. Our goal is to provide a platform for teen girls looking to pursue a medical career in the future, allowing them to explore fields they haven't previously heard of and make their voices heard in the medical community.
